HR Manager – Dubai

We are hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager with a proven track record in acquiring and developing talent, ideally in management consulting, to support the rapid growth of our domestic and international business.

Role description

This is a hands-on HR Manager role with a primary focus on leading efforts around talent acquisition and talent pipeline management, people development, change management and driving cultural alignment.

Main responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to proactively manage talent acquisition, people moves and talent development
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including our recruitment channels and partners, to source the best possible talents
  • Manage employee relations and act as a coach to business leaders and team members
  • Partner with business leaders to build talent capability through learning and development
  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and HR programmes
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and provide advisory to business leaders
  • Manage HR budget and compensation and benefits


  • Bachelor degree in business administration
  • 7+ years of generalist HR and talent management work experience
  • Knowledge of UAE employment law
  • Previous experience within a consulting firm or start-up
  • Strong business and people acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and provide strategic advice and coaching
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation kills
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies in alignment with the business (e.g. talent retention programme)
