Role description

We are hiring a Western-educated E-commerce Business Analyst/Consultant to support the omnichannel development of key retail accounts. As part of your work you may also have acted as Test Analyst, Test Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager, managing smaller scale ecommerce delivery projects.

Demonstrate experience in

  • Defining business and technology requirements and supporting the integration and testing of well-known e-commerce/digital vendor solutions (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Magento, Oracle ATG) , preferably in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of e-commerce development lifecycles in Agile
  • Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure and with limited supervision
  • Proficient written and verbal English

  • Fellow consultants
  • Senior members on client side
  • 3rd party vendors and development teams

What the day to day work looks like

  • Support the execution of our clients’ omnichannel projects by assisting our consultants and project managers across front and back-office work streams
  • Define business and technical requirements and processes
  • Support our more senior project managers in their delivery
  • Assist our consultants in identifying solutions and developing omnichannel plans

This is a unique opportunity to develop new consulting and project management skills as part of large omnichannel projects for renowned brands. 

It is a client-facing role requiring proven digital/e-commerce experience within established organisations, as well as stakeholder management skills across business and technology.
