Digital Art Director – Dubai

Role description

You believe it is all about customer-centricity and creativity is only a tool in the design process. You are a great listener and design to achieve a business goal. You are analytical in your approach and can articulate the visual language you create in a way it is endorsed by the business stakeholders.

When creating your designs, you systematically take into account the technical, operational and financial constraints of a digital project, whilst paying a great deal of attention to details.

Working with our Studio Director and in collaboration with renowned international retail clients, you will:

  • Assist in defining the digital creative direction of our clients based on brand identity, target audience and business objectives
  • Create the visual design of ecommerce websites, mobile applications, B2B digital platforms and multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Participate in audience definition (user research, CRM segments, customer interviews, personas definition, behavioural data processing)
  • Participate in mapping the customer journey and creating wireframes
  • Work with and assist our digital commerce and marketing consultants, and client stakeholders and web-developers
  • Develop marketing material for sales and communication purpose

This role requires a customer-centric mindset, the ability to articulate design choices and experience in helping the client make key decisions.


  • Strong consumer brands project portfolio
  • Expertise in typography, colors and grid on digital medium
  • Understanding of feasibility implications when designing responsive layouts, grid systems, animations and advanced typography functionalities
  • HTML/CSS/JS coding experience a plus
  • Ability to envision multi-screen, omnichannel user experience
  • Sketch app proficiency, Adobe Suite
  • Proven design experience across website, social media, email and mobile app
